欧盟于2008年6月1日开始实施REACH法规，全称为 “Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals”, 即化学品注册、评估、许可和限制法规（以下简称REACH法规），规定只要每年往欧盟市场投放化学品超过1吨/年，则企业必须完成REACH预注册或者注册。我司完成REACH正式注册相当于拿到了永久进入欧盟市场的“准入证”。
Since 1 June 2008, EU has implemented “Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals” (REACH) as the legislation for registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals. It is stipulated that the pre-registration or full registration are required for the chemicals to enter EU market as long as the annual tonnage of the chemicals is larger than 1 ton per year. Completion of full registration ensures the permanent access to the EU market.
广州市海珥玛植物油脂有限公司已委托杭州瑞旭产品技术有限公司位于爱尔兰的子公司CIRS（Chemical Inspection and Regulations Service）作为在欧洲REACH法规的唯一代表（OR, Only Representative），负责本公司二乙酰环氧植物油酸甘油酯出口欧盟时预注册、正式注册及其他REACH法规相关的符合性应对。
HAIRMA CHEMICALS (GZ) LTD. has appointed Chemical Inspection & Regulation Service LTD (CIRS) as their EU REACH Only Representative (OR) to be responsible for the pre-registration, full registration and other REACH related regulatory compliance of the Glycery 1,2-diacetate-3-(9,10-)epox yoctadecanate when manufacturing and importing into EU.
